Returns & Exchanges

For in-store purchases, if returned in original condition within 3 days, a store merchandise credit or refund to the original credit card will be issued at the original selling price.

For online purchases, if returned in original condition within 3 days, a return will be made to the original form of payment.

These items are final sale only:

  • Jewelry, with few exceptions;
  • Seasonal items (including but not limited to Christmas, Fall/Halloween, Valentine's Day, Easter) after December 15;
  • All SALE purchases and all other discounted purchases are final sale, and no returns will be accepted;
  • Reusable & protective face masks;
  • All personalized / special-ordered merchandise.

How to start a return:

If purchased online:

  • Must be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • Must be unused or unworn.
  • Must be accompanied by the original packaging.
  • Must be a general inventory item, meaning that if the item was out of stock and special ordered for you, it is not returnable.
  • Cannot be a final sale item, as detailed above.

To begin a return, please email thecustomerservicemuffins@gmail.com with your order number and reason for wanting to return.

  • Free returns are applicable only if the customer received a damaged or incorrect item.
  • The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping for all other reasons. Once the email is received, an LMM web sales associate will review your request and respond with the necessary actions to take to complete the return process.

If purchased in-store:

We’ll be happy to return your item for in-store credit, merchandise exchange, or a refund to the original credit card, within 3 days of purchase, as long as your return item qualifies and falls within the restrictions set forth below.

These items DO NOT QUALIFY for return/exchange:

  • All personalized / special-ordered merchandise;
  • Sale items;
  • Seasonal merchandise (including but not limited to Christmas, Fall/Halloween, Valentine's Day, Easter) after December 15;
  • Reusable & protective face masks;
  • Jewelry (there are few exceptions. Please contact us if you would like to dispute returning a Jewelry item, and we will see if we can help).

Store credit is valid for one year (12 months) from the issuance date.
