These handmade rubber boots are made of the finest single-estate natural rubber which is harvested sustainably. This rubber is mixed with their own secret recipe, making the fundamental composition 52% natural rubber and 48% secret recipe. Entirely PVC-free, these boots contain no animal by-products.
The result is a sturdy and reliable companion for rainy days.
A special anti-ice sole with a rough surface has been developed, providing the best possible traction in slippery and icy conditions.
The cold won't ruin your rubber boots either - the soles are made of lightweight EVA, withstanding temperatures down to -40 degrees Celsius and the upper can withstand temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius.
Natural rubber will eventually develop a white surface over the years if you do not treat it regularly. This is simply because the rubber loses its essential oil. To keep your boots in great condition for many years to come, we recommend that you treat them with our oil once a month.

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping is available for $9.95 for orders placed in the U.S.

Heavy-goods shipping for oversized items is available for $29.95 for orders placed in the U.S.

Free ground shipping is provided for orders placed in the U.S. over $100.

International shipping is available for $29.95 (standard) & $49.95 (heavy goods) for orders placed outside of the U.S.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Harrison Ave. location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, & 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thecustomerservicemuffins@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 3 days.

All items must be returned in their original condition and are subject to a 12% restocking fee. Exchanges are not subject to the fee.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

These items are final sale only:

• Jewelry, with few exceptions;
• Seasonal items (including but not limited to Christmas, Fall/Halloween, Valentine's Day, Easter) after December 15;
• Any item specifically marked as Final Sale;
