These stoneware is perfect for chargrilling oysters, but you can also bake, broil, stuff, and smoke with them to your heart’s desire. Cut the prep and cook time in half and enjoy more time at the table with family and friends. Purchase already shucked oysters or any seafood from your local market and use your favorite recipes.

MADE IN LOUISIANA! The shells are made from a proprietary blend of heat resistant and conductive raw and organic materials and are molded and finished by hand so each shell is unique. Each shell is unique in shape in size, but most shells hold about 1/4 cup of liquid or 1/2 cup in topping or stuffing. Each set comes with a burlap bag for storage.

Use and care instructions:
On the grill–Use indirect heat.
+Do not place directly on coals.
+Do not place grill grate directly on coals. Shells can take INDIRECT flame/heat, but cannot be sat ON the flames.
+Do not preheat before use.
+Do not leave unattended on grill or heat source for more than 7-10 minutes.

Flat-rate shipping is available for $9.95 for orders placed in the U.S.

Heavy-goods shipping for oversized items is available for $29.95 for orders placed in the U.S.

Free ground shipping is provided for orders placed in the U.S. over $100.

International shipping is available for $29.95 (standard) & $49.95 (heavy goods) for orders placed outside of the U.S.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Harrison Ave. location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, & 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thecustomerservicemuffins@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 3 days.

All items must be returned in their original condition and are subject to a 12% restocking fee. Exchanges are not subject to the fee.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

These items are final sale only:

• Jewelry, with few exceptions;
• Seasonal items (including but not limited to Christmas, Fall/Halloween, Valentine's Day, Easter) after December 15;
• Any item specifically marked as Final Sale;
