DESCRIPTION

Le Grande - Modeled after the original design concept, the Le Grande is sure to live up to it’s oversized name. This version of The Oyster Bed has 12 individual cooking wells and a great big reservoir to gather all the succulent juices and even cook larger pieces of food. (For example, we often start a 6 or 8oz filet on the grill next to The Oyster Bed and finish it in this reservoir for some “surf and turf!”)

Le Petite - It might be called small, but Le Petite has HUGE culinary potential. This version of The Oyster Bed has 6 individual cooking wells and a perfectly sized reservoir to gather all the succulent juices, cook larger pieces of food, or store garnishes, sauces, etc.

Crafted with versatility in mind, The Le Petite Oyster Bed is designed with a smaller footprint and stackable for easy storage. Large enough to roast a whole hen or small tenderloin, the Le Petite Oyster Bed can be used to prepare and serve an endless range of dishes.

Our trinity oyster bed is the newest & smallest member of our oyster bed family. Crafted for individual servings, this oyster bed made its debut at the famed James Beard House in New York City.

It's compact quadrant shape makes for a number of benefits:

Easier handling with grill tongs.
Can sit on top of small plate for serving.

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping is available for $9.95 for orders placed in the U.S.

Heavy-goods shipping for oversized items is available for $29.95 for orders placed in the U.S.

Free ground shipping is provided for orders placed in the U.S. over $100.

International shipping is available for $29.95 (standard) & $49.95 (heavy goods) for orders placed outside of the U.S.

*Free Shipping Not Applicable for Oversize items, International Shipping, or Fragile Items requiring extra packaging services.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Harrison Ave. location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, & 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thecustomerservicemuffins@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 3 days.

All items must be returned in their original condition and are subject to a 12% restocking fee. Exchanges are not subject to the fee.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

These items are final sale only:

Jewelry, with few exceptions;
Seasonal items (including but not limited to Christmas, Fall/Halloween, Valentine's Day, Easter) after December 15;
Any item specifically marked as Final Sale;
