The Warmies accumulate heat by placing them in a microwave or conventional oven because they are made of heat resistant materials specifically suited to microwaves.

The special mix of millet and lavander provides a sense of well being as well as a calming and relaxing effect.

Their heat is long lasting and gradually released. When heated in a microwave oven for only 90 seconds at 800 Watts, the heat will be released in 90 minutes.
